Elizabeth Stewart earned her music degree at Hunter College in New York City. There she received classical piano training from widely acclaimed piano teacher Edna Golandsky who is the leading exponent of the Taubman Approach to piano technique. While in New York, Elizabeth served as an instructor at the Music in Chappaqua Children's Music Institute and also taught private music lessons in Manhattan. Since leaving New York, Elizabeth has taught music in public, private, and home school settings in both Mississippi and North Carolina. She has also lectured at Mississippi State University.
Dr. Mike Ramsey is currently the Choral Director at Nation Ford High School in Ft. Mill, SC. The Lord has blessed Mike with opportunities to pursue music throughout his life, beginning with piano lessons when he was 8 years old. He taught himself to play guitar as a teenager and eventually studied music formally. He has earned degrees in Choral Music, Guitar and Composition from Winthrop University and thze University of Louisville, and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Composition from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. While completing his doctoral dissertation, he worked as an adjunct professor at Winthrop University. When not playing, writing, or teaching music, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three wonderful children.
